Lyrics
Intro
neon buzz, distant bass thump, sparse acoustic with eerie slide guitar
Verse 1
Rode into town with the dust still in my veinsSaw the pink neon sign cuttin’ through the rain“Velvet Fang” it said, with a girl on the poleThought I’d drink away the lawmen on my soul
Chorus
Walked into the strip club barOutlaw on the run, didn’t get too farLights went red and the music slowedEvery dancer’s eyes started to glowThey’re turnin’ into vampiresRight before my eyes
Verse 2
Smoke and perfume, whiskey on the rocksShe spun around the pole in fishnet socksBut her smile got wider, teeth a little too longAnd the bouncer’s shadow stretched all wrong
Chorus
Walked into the strip club barOutlaw on the run, didn’t get too farLights went red and the music slowedEvery dancer’s eyes started to glowThey’re turnin’ into vampiresRight before my eyes
Bridge
The DJ’s laugh turned into a hissBartender’s hands grew claws like thisCustomers droppin’ one by oneBlood on the floor under the disco sun
Solo
dark, howling electric guitar solo — slides, feedback, desert-meets-horror tone
Verse 3
Pulled my six-gun but the silver ain’t enoughShe’s floatin’ off the stage with a velvet touchFangs in the neon, wings in the smokeThis ain’t the kind of trouble that a wanted man can smoke
Chorus
Walked into the strip club barOutlaw on the run, didn’t get too farLights went red and the music slowedEvery dancer’s eyes started to glowThey’re turnin’ into vampiresRight before my eyes
Bridge
No back door, no escape from the biteOutlaw blood tastes sweet in the nightIf I make it out I’ll ride till dawnBut the whole damn club just keeps turnin’ on
Solo
aggressive dual-guitar solo — raw distortion, screeching bends, pure chaos

Walked into the strip club barOutlaw on the run, didn’t get too farLights went red and the music slowedEvery dancer’s eyes started to glowThey’re turnin’ into vampiresturnin’ into vampiresRight before my eyes
